Personally I'm fed up of crappy houses, extortionate rents and fees from shady and unhelpful letting agents. We've all been there, especially in cities with large student populations where the housing is competitive, has a high turn-over and is generally quite poor quality.

This app would allow you to rate and review all local letting agents in a given area for aspects such as; Trustworthiness, quality of housing, rate of letting agent fees charged and if they're likely to outright steal your deposit from you for the tiniest of infractions.
