Score from 1 to 10 your contacts depending how much of a positive help they are in enabling you to reach your goal.
For one or more goals we set ourselves in life, different people will be more or less helpful. Be they friends, family or others, fo their own reasons they may be more or less supportive; when trying to loose weight, for example, a partner may not want to share your restricted diet, or an overweight friend/family member may minimise your need to loose weight. By scoring, you have a way of reminding yourself when they/you call or text, or just everyday, how supportive they are able to be regarding your different goals. You can share their scores with them and agree ways up increasing their scores, if you/they want. This could also apply to drug use, alcohol use and offending behaviour; any behaviour you want to do differently, in fact! Combined with GPS location, can also beep and show positive support score when you are in 'high/medium/low risk' locations.
