C-Card Free Condom Finder

C-Card is a national service whereby 14-25 year olds can easily obtain FREE condoms from C-Card outlets with a C-Card. Young people can get their C-Cards from these outlets, who provide positive training and support around sexual health services.
Our proposed C-Card Finder App will map venues across the North-East where young people can obtain free condoms with a C-Card, making this service more accessible for young people across the whole of the north-east. Users will be able to post ratings and reviews of their local C-Card venues, creating a better service for young people, and encouraging more venues in the North-East to become C-Card outlets!

Hi everyone - thanks so much for your support of our proposed C-Card Finder App. With 9 days to go we're nearly half way there which is great - but we still need more supporters so that we can guarantee that a digital c-card finder app is made for young people of the northeast.

Last push!
Thanks so much for all of your support of this App-Movement over the last week or so, it's been fantastic. Our supporters are going up by the day - but we really need one final push to secure a C-Card Finder App for the northeast! The more supporters we have, the more awareness we're raising of C-Card and the more we can evidence C-Card as a vital sexual health service. Remember everyone who supports this idea is also invited to have input over the design of the App!

We did it! Thank you everyone for their support on our C-Card Free Condom Finder App Movement – in our 14 day support period we reached 319 supporters – which makes it one of the most successful app-movement campaigns launched! We couldn’t have done it without all of your support.
For the next two weeks we are now in the ‘Design Phase’. This is an online design area where supporters can now design the upcoming app together, through submitting ideas and voting on others. These pages also allow for forum discussion between supporters. Things we need contributions on:
App Name – We need suggestions for a name that will get people’s attention. Something to do with C-Card / free condoms / sexual health, there are some suggestions already but I’m sure we can come up with others!
App icon – we need a memorable icon which will grab people’s attention once it’s downloaded on people’s phones. Supporters can submit their own design, suggest one, or vote on other peoples!
Colour Scheme and Map Pin – basic but important, we need a colour scheme and map pin style for our App
Rating Options – maybe the most important category, how are the C-Card locations going to be rated? Friendliness? Accessibility? There can only be four ratings on the final app so it’s an import decision!
