Personally, i am not celiac, but i know people who are and they are forever walking round asking restaurants if they have a gluten free food on the menu. This app would drastically reduce that time spent looking, reading and asking the same question by providing a simple and speedy way to find suitable restaurants, browse their menus and know what they have to offer before you get there.

There may be apps and websites out there that provide a means of finding restaurants by location, and some even focus on gluten free food but none of them provide a detailed and easy to access information on the gluten free food the restaurants provide. All this does is take the walking out of my previous argument and replace it with even harder to find content, taking you to the restaurants website to browse their menu which most of the time is too hard to read on a phone.

This app would provide app specific menus focused on the gluten free content. Restaurants would be able to list their gluten free food and edit it at any time if they add something to the menu. Also, people would be able to recommend places to be added to the app. the potential is endless.
