An app that allows the public to rate and comment on locations, venues and shops on their accessibility.

An overall rating created from a composite of ratings including literal accessibility ( wheelchair friendly, blind/deaf friendly and learning difficulty friendly) and staff service would allow the public to rank locations.

This would help locals and visitors to the area choose the most appropriate places for their needs and allow business' and providers to build an awareness of those areas in which they could develop their accessibility.
